An interview with Dr. Richard Whelan on his thoughts of the past and future of the education of children with emotional-behavioral disorders. This interview was conducted on August 6, 2009 by members of the Janus Project. This project is focused on the collection of oral histories of the pioneers in the field of EBD and supported in part by the MSLBD.
